Paint the interior and exterior of assorted structures, concealments, hardware, or other surfaces. Their primary responsibilities include reading and understanding required parts, knowing and performing best paint practices, and ensuring that the parts are present and meet quality control standards. Painters prepare surfaces, blend paints and other materials to achieve the right color or texture, and paint or texture surfaces according to instructions with various tools. 

Primary Job Responsibilities

Use Smartsheet to track and update production schedule
· Use E2 to log into and out of job tracker
· Maintain safe workplace practices
· Adhere to paint safety standards
· Use and understand sprayer equipment and paint tools
· Read and understand product schematics
· Verify products, chemicals, colors, and textures
· Identify raw materials and components
· Ensure that all the required parts for finishing are present
· Identify and perform best practices for painting products
· Ensure that quality control standards are met
· Verifies conformance of product 
· Troubleshoot to minimize problems or recalls
· Report and detail product malfunctions or design errors
· Properly clean and dispose of chemical waste
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to efficiently paint product with a high-level attention to detail
· Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality
· Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and regulations and always endures duties of high-quality standards
