    Responsibility / Requirement •

    This position will be working in the body shop with collision damaged vehicles. Must know how to paints/ mix paints/ attention to details Must be able to drive and operate vehicles Examine vehicles, diagnose and discuss the nature and extent of damages Measurement & alignment of vehicles using Car-O-Liner frame repair equipment Communicate additional service needs to the Estimator for communication to clients Collaborate to provide labor time estimates to the Estimator Monitor repair times and update Estimators on repair status Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation Complete documentation for client repairs Know and understand dealership computer system Wear approved safety gear when in designated safety areas Keep work area clean and neat Attend on-going relevant training events Attend department / dealership meetings

    Experience:

    Auto body repair: 3 years

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

    Vocational/technical school preferred

    Working knowledge of tools of trade (including welding equipment, paint equipment, shop machines, and power tools) preferred

    Valid driver’s license required

    Basic computer skills required

    Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

    Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

    Schedule:

    8 hour shift

    Evening shift

    Monday to Friday

    Weekends as needed

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    Dallas, TX 75207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

    Experience:

    Auto body repair:3 years / painter Preferred)
