Job Summary:

We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a luxury hi-rise residential building.

Responsibilities:

Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques on various surfaces

Interact professionally with residents, evaluating projects, and troubleshooting issues

Identify/procure proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects

Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary

Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties

Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks

Be able to make larger drywall/plaster repairs.

Inspect paint jobs for quality

Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential and/or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
