    FULLY REMOTE!! TELECOMMUTE FROM ANYWHERE IN GEORGIA!!

    PALLADIO is seeking candidates for our CLAIMS PROCESSOR position to process consumer claims by gathering information to identify a customer issue, evaluating the appropriate options, and making decisions on how to proceed. The Processor will also manage some customer calls, and communicate with customers and furniture repair technicians.

    AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO CONSIDER CANDIDATES IN THE FOLLOWING STATES: FLORIDA, GEORGIA, SOUTH CAROLINA AND NORTH CAROLINA

    PALLADIO (UNITERS) markets furniture protection programs and services through retail furniture and department stores nationwide. We provide a wide range of services to furniture manufacturers and retailers, and we are a trusted leader in furniture protection, cleaning and repair.

    FULL TIME, REGULAR (NOT TEMPORARY), 100% REMOTE POSITIONS

    We are seeking candidates who are comfortable attending TRAINING AND WORKING 100% REMOTELY, and preferably have done so previously and recently.

    TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Chromebook, desktop computer or laptop - 3 years old or newer
    • Stable high speed internet (MINIMUM 10 MBPS DOWNLOAD AND 5 MBPS UPLOAD)
    • You will use your equipment during the first 4 weeks of training after which time company equipment will be provided to you for use while training and working

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to collect and interpret data to solve problems
    • Passion for excellence with respect to caring for customers
    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Excellent telephone etiquette
    • Effective organizational skills
    • High level of dependability
    • Computer proficiency
    • Ability to multitask

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 2+ years recent customer service

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience working remotely/telecommuting strongly preferred
    • Experience working in a contact center environment strongly preferred

    HOURS:

    The Customer Experience Center Hours of Operation are 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday, Eastern Time (subject to change depending on business needs). Team Members must be available to work an assigned a schedule that falls anywhere within the Hours of Operation, and may be required to work occasional overtime when business needs arise.
