o Operate and monitor machines such as saws, planers, or assembly equipment for manufacturing Pallet shooks or complete Palletes.

o Cut, shape, and assemble wooden components according to specifications and production guidelines.

o Adjust and maintain equipment to ensure accurate and efficient production.

o Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet size, shape, and material standards.

o Separate defective items and perform corrective actions as needed.

o Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment when handling machinery and materials.

o Ability to work in various production locations along with the willingness to step in to help on other lines throughout the warehouse/production floor.

o Manage raw materials and monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.

o Record production data and report any discrepancies or shortages.

o Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery (e.g., saws, nail guns, robotics system) a plus but not required.

o Strong attention to detail and quality.

o Ability to communicate with others both written and verbally.

o Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
