    The Project Resource Manager will be a hybrid role between resource and project management and will be responsible for helping to manage resources, staffing for all potential and assigned projects, supporting multiple projects concurrently in partnership with our technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders. The Project Resource Manager will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Security Consulting Operations. 

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound staffing requests; nights and weekends are often required
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Security Consulting team’s skill sets to be able to maintain relationships and provide insight for opportunities in a variety of casework and professional development
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing
    • Be responsible for staffing and consultant utilization tracking 
    • Notify the Sr. Manager, Security Consulting Operations, of any concerns or issues related to resource allocation and meeting client deliverables
    • Manage multiple projects effectively by defining schedules and goals based on Statements of Work (SOWs) and communicating directly with clients where needed
    • Maintain and update customer status reports internally for external clients and customers
    • Partner with the Resource Management team with any staffing needs for each project
    • Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for each project
  • Qualifications

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in communication, psychology, business, liberal arts, or a related major preferred
    • Three to five years of professional experience; cyber-security, risk management, and/or incident response experience highly preferred
    • PMP certification is preferred
    • Resource and project management experience with a management consulting firm preferred
    • Flexibility to act as the first point of contact/on-call for new inbound and urgent staffing requests, including nights and weekends
    • Ability to lead multiple large-scale projects creating project plans
    • Familiarity with project planning tools for devising detailed project plans, project monitoring, and progress tracking
    • Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize projects, solve problems requiring meticulous attention to detail, multitask, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
    • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
    • The desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and constantly adapting security firm wearing multiple hats
