    Your Impact

    • Provide analytical rigor and thought partnership to help drive key business decisions with product and cross-functional teams
    • Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements
    • Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights
    • Own and lead ad hoc strategic initiatives end to end
    • Support team in executing on strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Business Reviews, Forecasts, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plan)

    Your Experience

    • 5+ years of overall management consulting, finance and business analytics experience ideally in technology industry
    • Analytical problem-solver with the ability to gather, analyze and synthesize large amounts of data in order to drive effective and efficient executive decision-making - Own the end-to-end recommendation process
    • Demonstrated ability and desire to work in and influence a matrixed organizational structure as an individual contributor
    • Go-getter mindset and ability to maintain high-performance under tight timelines with a “roll-up sleeves mindset”
    • Exceptional presentation/leadership skills, concise and fluent in communication
    • Experience building dynamic and integrated bottoms-up models
    • Experience merging, enhancing, and analyzing large data sets utilizing programming languages (e.g., BQ, SQL, R, Python) a plus
    • Cloud infrastructure and Cloud FinOps knowledge as a plus
    • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, STEM, or equivalent (e.g., CFA, MBA) or equivalent military experience

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $136,500/yr to $220,750/yr.
