The BDR Academy is a 12-month development program designed to arm newly graduated BDR’s with Sales skills such as prospecting, lead generation, business etiquette, etc.
As the BDR Academy Program Manager, you are the leader for developing the curriculum and program for the Business Development Representative Academy. In this role, you will provide training and development opportunities for the Business Development organization to empower the future field sales professionals of Palo Alto Networks by setting a strong foundation for career transitions from Business Development Representative to the Field. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.

Disclosure required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum compensation (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) for this role to be located in the state of Colorado. If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $140,600/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
