    IBT is a leading provider of prefabricated wall panel solutions, specializing in both manufacturing and installation. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee our production operations.

    The Production Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of prefabricated wall panels. This role involves creating production schedules, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project or production management, strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, and excellent communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Scheduling:

    Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

    Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

    Budgeting:

    Oversee and approve production expenses, ensuring alignment with budget constraints.

    Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining quality.

    Logistics:

    Manage material ordering and inventory to ensure timely availability of supplies.

    Coordinate crew scheduling and allocate resources efficiently.

    Communicate project goals and expectations to crew members to ensure alignment and productivity.

    Communication:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for sales staff, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

    Facilitate clear and effective communication to address any issues or changes in project scope.

    Quality Assurance:

    Ensure that all production activities meet safety and performance standards.

    Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold product excellence.

    Reporting:

    Review production reports and provide regular status updates to management.

    Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management or production management, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.

    Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

    Skills:

    Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Knowledge of production processes, budgeting, and quality control.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
