    The primary focus of this role is to execute daily back-of-house responsibilities with a strong commitment to hospitality, service, and assisting in the culinary department at Repris.

    Repris is our estate winery focused on crafting wines from the historic Moon Mountain Vineyard, which we are grateful to call our home. Our winery includes 18,000 square feet of natural rock caves and 75 acres of organic vineyards on the 435-acre property.

    This hourly role ranges from $19-$23/hr (inclusive of gratuity) with health/dental insurance and retirement savings benefit options.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Prepare the property & facilities for guests daily

    Daily ranger maintenance

    Daily set-up and breakdown of private tastings

    Assist with food prep, plating, and service per the current menu and instructions.

    Knowledge of our product - wine, food, and tasting complements

    Maintain facility cleanliness

    Wash, dry & fold hand towels for guest restrooms

    Maintain the kitchen and related areas in a clean and organized manner

    Keep dishes and stemware clean, polished, restocked, and in order

    Actively maintain a thorough knowledge of menus and kitchen functions

    Setup and breakdown of private tastings in our member rooms

    Keep product clearly labeled, dated, and rotated

    Work with supervisor to look for ways to decrease waste and increase efficiency

    Qualifications:

    Must be 18 or older

    Prior kitchen experience and basic knife skills are preferred

    Current Food Handler Certificate preferred or complete within 30 days of hire

    Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety, general organization

    Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

    Maintain food safety certificate (obtain within 30 days of hire)

    Culinary/hospitality experience preferred

    Able and willing to follow directions and communicate effectively

    Basic data comprehension, ability to read, write, and follow involved directions and recipes

    Dependable, exceedingly organized and detail-oriented

    Must be a team player with a positive attitude

    Punctual, self-starter, internally driven, and motivated.

    High-energy and fast-paced environment, on feet for a long period of time

    Trustworthy, reliable, solid work ethic/attitude, able to successfully navigate company culture

    A driver’s license is strongly preferred

    Able to lift 40 +pounds repeatedly

    Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time

    Able to climb a flight of stairs multiple times during shift
