    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a meticulous part-time Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has advanced and strong accounting knowledge. The position can be work-from-home flexible but requires office work, with mandatory weekly on-site presence. Candidates must live within the Kissimmee, FL area.

    Required Skills:

    Cost Accounting Experience: Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, including cost allocation, cost tracking, and variance analysis.

    Inventory Management: Proficiency in inventory management, including tracking, valuation, and reconciliation. Experience with inventory management software is a plus.

    Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of various manufacturing processes and their financial implications. Understanding how production activities impact financial statements is essential.

    Qualifications and Responsibilities:

    3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience required

    Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the financial health of the manufacturing operations.

    Prepare detailed transactions and reports including various cost centers and production orders.

    Effectively manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes tailored to the manufacturing industry, ensuring seamless supplier invoicing and customer credit management.

    Edit and develop a chart of accounts customized for manufacturing needs to enable precise financial reporting and analysis.

    Oversee precise inventory tracking, encompassing raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, while monitoring turnover rates.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.

    Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present financial information, and provide recommendations to management.

    Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Willingness to adapt to new processes, technologies, and challenges in the manufacturing industry.

    The position can be work-from-home flexible but requires office work, with mandatory weekly on-site presence. Candidates must live within 25 miles of Kissimmee.
