About the role We are seeking a Pantry Attendant to join the team at Savory Hospitality at one of our onsite business dining spaces. Our ideal candidate will anticipate and address the needs of the company and our client with a heavy focus on food and beverage replenishment, safety, and high-end product quality. The Pantry Attendant will successfully set up, stock, maintain, and safely receive Savory commissary and pantry orders while embodying the full Savory spirit and providing exceptional hospitality at every step. Other essential duties include supporting the hospitality and culinary teams during downtime.
Our business dining experiences are one of our unique services that offer team members the experience of working alongside the Savory team as well as directly interfacing with our onsite client on a day-to-day basis.
This role is a key addition to our growing team. Here are some examples of the primary responsibilities of our onsite Pantry Attendant:
Embody Savory’s core hospitality standards at every turn, externally with our guests and internally with teammates
Assist in receiving and checking morning and afternoon food deliveries
Stock pantries and monitor inventory on four floors of office space daily
Maintain a tidy, clean, and stocked storage room
Track product inventory on a monthly basis
Maximize downtime during shifts by proactively completing side work and assisting the café team to maintain a smooth workflow at all times

Your experience should show us the following:
Previous experience in hospitality or pantry services
Proven ability to anticipate needs and multitask
Knowledge of Department of Health food safety best practices
A true team player: reliable, diligent, dedicated, communicative, and collaborative
Job requirements:
Capability to maintain a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods in varying temperature conditions
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 25lbs
DOH Food Handler’s certificate preferred
Willingness to work a daytime schedule, 6am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday, and occasionally including nights, weekends, or holidays
