Job Summary
Copper Whiskey Bar's Kitchen is a fast-paced, high energy environments full of people with a passion for food and culinary arts. Our Pantry Cooks prepare and plate dishes that wow our guests and exceed expectations. Pantry Cooks will be assigned to specific stations each shift that are in line with their skills, tenure, and future developmental goals, and will be responsible for executing menu items from their area in a professional manner for service to our guests. This is a PART TIME position.
Responsibilities
Punctual and able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as asked.
Willingness to participate as part of a team with enthusiasm and respect.
Preparation and service of dishes that are to Back of House Management Team’s standards and direction.
Love and appreciation for ingredients, preparation techniques, and various cuisines.
Clear understanding and adherence to safety and sanitization guidelines and procedures.
Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and always punctual for scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
Minimum of 0-1 years cooking experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
Physically able to work standing for long periods of time (6+ hours).
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
