Real Estate Transaction And Listings Coordinator
Real Estate Operations Manager - Real Estate Transaction Administration Coordinator Must reside in SWFL and be willing to work on weekends and evenings. We are The Pappas-Burback Team, a successful, fast-paced, high-energy Real Estate Team at Compass in Naples, FL in need of a top-notch Real Estate Operations Manager. This position will be a full-time salaried position with bonus potential. Our mission is to create a concierge/boutique buying and selling experience for our clients and the ideal candidate needs to be committed to helping us achieve this client experience. With over 20 years in the real estate business, we have a fun, fulfilling working environment and think of our team as family. Responsibilities: This integral role will be responsible for: • Keeping track of the monthly marketing calendar and tasks associated with it • Updating client database • Navigating the current Compass Platform (CRM & Business Tracker) • Assisting agents with Open House preparation (creating brochures, organizing events (if applicable) • Sending bi-weekly/monthly progress reports to sellers • Delivering marketing brochures & lockboxes as needed to properties • Handling from start to finish all details from contract to closing and listings to market. To include, but not limited to, drafting contracts/listings, processing contracts/listings, keeping all parties abreast of all deadlines, scheduling final walk-throughs, ordering floor plans, photography, and HOA documents • Tracking all incoming leads • Creating listing brochures, direct mail pieces, social media posts, and monthly newsletters that enhance our brand and promote our properties. (As needed) • Obtaining feedback for showings • Creating standard of procedures and updating accordingly Qualifications: Our ideal candidate must possess the following skills/attributes: • Must reside in SWFL full-time • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed • Very detail oriented • Strong organization and prioritization skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Client service skills (follow-up, personable, friendly) • Marketing experience • Must have Real Estate experience, with a strong background in contracts/transactions/listings • Social media skills (preferable) • Technologically savvy • Must be versed in NABOR/FAR BAR contracts Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly + possible bonuses
