We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Business team in the Cleveland office. This role will support attorneys by performing work of a substantial legal nature under their supervision. Our “Client First” philosophy drives everything we do to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Candidate Parameters

• Corporate legal department experience preferred
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., WestLaw, Lexis/Nexis, PACER)
• Experience with DocuSign, CARTA, and iManage
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and client confidentiality
