The ideal candidate will have documented experience in civil litigation, exceptional organizational, research & analytical skills, competency in drafting legal documents and case management. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with drafting pleadings, pre-trial motions, and legal correspondence.

• Manage discovery processes, including organizing, reviewing, and summarizing documents.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

• Coordinate and assist with pre-trial preparations and trial logistics.
  

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred.

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in business litigation.

• Strong reading comprehension, legal writing, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
