The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 plus bonus potential. Specific salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence for review and approval by attorneys. • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to facilitate case progression and maintain positive relationships. • Assist in the organization and management of case files, including tracking deadlines and scheduling court appearances. • Coordinate documentation for court filings, hearings, and trials in compliance with court rules and procedures. • Conduct legal research related to collections and family law cases to support attorneys in case preparation. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections and family law. • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • US Work Authorization. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
