A nationally recognized trial law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Paralegal with at least 4 years of experience to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction defect, contract disputes, and complex litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Manage and organize large volumes of case files, exhibits, and evidence.
- Conduct legal research and analyze construction-related documents, contracts, and regulations.
- Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and clients throughout the litigation process.
- Support attorneys during depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction law.
