A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Employment & Labor Relations Paralegal to join its Colorado Springs office. This role supports attorneys in litigation, arbitration, and trial preparation and requires strong technical proficiency in litigation support databases and trial presentation software. Experience with Relativity and Trial Director is highly desirable. Ideal candidates have significant experience in all phases of the trial, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume case materials. Strong attention to detail and professionalism in client and internal communications is essential.

Candidate Parameters

• 2-5 years of litigation/employment law experience (labor arbitration experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Paralegal certificate preferred)
• Strong experience with trial preparation, case management, and legal research
• Technical proficiency with legal databases and document management systems
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate in a high-volume legal environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000 - $80,000
