An Atlanta AmLaw 200 firm seeks an experienced Transactional Paralegal to support Public Finance and Commercial Real Estate practice groups. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise and project management skills across complex transactional work.

Duties:

• Prepare and review transactional documents for public finance and real estate matters
• Coordinate complex filing requirements with governmental agencies
• Draft and manage transaction-related correspondence
• Support attorneys in transaction due diligence
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive transaction files

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of paralegal experience in public finance and commercial real estate practice groups
• Experience working in mid to large-sized law firms
• Comprehensive knowledge of:
  • Bond issuance documentation and processes
  • UCC and IRS filing protocols
  • Commercial real estate purchase/sale transactions
  • Title abstract preparation and review
