Responsibilities: • Review and analyze evidence, identifying inconsistencies in documents from opposing counsel. • Maintain digital case records and enter billable/non-billable hours daily in the case management system. • Conduct discovery meetings, draft responses to interrogatories and requests for admission, and gather necessary documentation. • Manage case progress, deadlines, and key milestones. • Draft legal documents, including motions, petitions, financial statements, and discovery requests. • Assist attorneys with case preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials, including coordinating witness testimony and drafting subpoenas. Also assist by proofreading, finalizing documents for filing, and assist attorneys in the courtroom when needed.
