Sodoro Law Group is looking for a paralegal with 3-5+ years of experience in Insurance Defense. This is a full-time role for the paralegal position at Sodoro Law Group located in Omaha, NE with hybrid opportunities after a 90 day probationary period. The paralegal role has a billable expectation to meet on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

Legal document preparation

Medical record requests

Medical timelines

Assist with discovery requests

Assist with weekly reports

Case management

Research

File organization/sorting documents

Other day-to-day tasks associated with paralegal work

Qualifications

Strong understanding of law and legal procedures

Experience in legal document preparation and research

Experience with bates stamping and indexing

Experience in General Liability / Insurance Defense

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree and/or certificate in paralegal studies

Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal database software
