A Litigation Paralegal is sought for the Intellectual Property litigation team in the Indianapolis office.

Candidate Parameters:

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a law firm or legal setting, with a preference for experience in intellectual property litigation (patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret).
• The role involves utilizing eDiscovery software (Relativity and Trial Director), assisting with deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation, and ensuring documents are edited, proofread, and filed in compliance with applicable laws.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
• A paralegal degree or certificate is preferred.
