An experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal is sought to join the Intellectual Property practice group in the Minneapolis office.

Candidate Parameters:

• The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of comprehensive U.S. and foreign trademark paralegal experience, including trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement efforts.
• Responsibilities include conducting preliminary trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, managing application statuses, and assisting with WIPO filings and infringement monitoring.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and strong initiative are key.
• A paralegal certificate/degree is preferred.
