Responsibilities: Case Management and Support through the Discovery Process • Maintain case files, including physical and electronic organization. • Assist with document production, including reviewing, indexing, and organizing discovery materials. • Assist with discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas. • Coordinate and summarize depositions, witness interviews, and expert reports. • Gather, analyze, and organize evidence for trial preparation. • Assist attorneys during trial, including managing documents and exhibits. • Draft and issue subpoenas for witnesses and document requests. Qualifications: • Experience in Texas Civil Procedure or Texas litigation preferred • 5 years plus of litigation experience and/or Certified paralegal with a MINIMUM of at least 2 years of experience in litigation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365 and familiar with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, desktop computers, fax machines, and scanners/printers. • Highly organized, efficient, and skilled at prioritizing tasks. • A positive, solution-focused problem solver. • A collaborative team player, willing to take on tasks as needed. • Strong written communication abilities, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and professionalism. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 + bonuses
