As a Paralegal, you will be assisting our attorneys with the legal tasks to provide our clients with top-notch legal services. We have a great team. Responsibilities: • Connect with clients to keep them updated regarding the progress on their case and to explain the legal process • Draft initial drafts of a variety of pleadings, including Complaints, Summons, Interrogatories, Judgments of Divorce • Work independently to gather information and evidence to share with opposing party as required • Keep the client's file organized for client and attorney to access • Prepare cases for hearings and trial Qualifications: • Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • We give preference to candidates with experience, and especially experience as a family law paralegal • An associate or bachelor's degree in legal studies is preferred but not required Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 yearly
