Responsibilities: Daily tasks shall include: • Conveying confidence in person and on the phone, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and an ability to develop rapport with current clients, local courts, and prosecutorial agencies ( primary duty) • Implementing, improving, and ensuring adherence to the Firm’s policies and procedures to reflect the Firm’s high standards • Embracing attention to detail, transparency, and accountability • Strong multitasking and task management skills; a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic • Treating a client or task at 5:15 P.M. on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one Monday morning at 9:15 A.M. • Managing multiple calendars and keeping schedules for more than one person • Copying, scanning, filing (physical and electronic filing) • Data entry using common web-based formats; Familiarity with MS Office Suite Qualifications: This is not an entry-level position. Nor is it a virtual or hybrid position. Prior paralegal experience is a must, and Spanish language fluency is preferred. Compensation: $28 - $37 hourly
