We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and EXPERIENCED Paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You must have a strong work ethic, a passion for excellent client service, and a desire to continuously improve efficiency. Responsibilities: • Drafting, editing, and finalizing estate planning documents (Last Will and Testaments, Trusts, and Pleadings) • Preparation of deeds and other transfer documents • Preparation of trust, probate, inventories, and accountings • Preparation of annual reports • Client meetings and signings • Ability to meet billable goals • E-Filing in King and Pierce Counties • WA State Notary preferred Qualifications: • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize, calendar, monitor, and meet all deadlines • Excellent writing, grammar, and proofing skills with strong attention to detail • Experience in tracking billable hours • Experience drafting, editing, and finalizing estate planning documents, including, but not limited to, last will and testaments, trusts, and pleadings • Experience in the preparation of deeds and other transfer documents • Experience in preparation of trust and probate inventories and accountings • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal rules • Experience with filing in Superior Court (including e-filing in Pierce and King Counties) • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel Compensation: $65,000+ yearly DOE
