Key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with attorneys in all phases of litigation
• Conduct legal research and writing and coordinate complex motion practice filings from confirming court rules and requirements, to coordinating tasks among counsel and co-counsel 
• Cite and fact checking
• Filing and service of documents
• Communicate with co-counsel, opposing counsel, and clients
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in complex civil litigation
• Proficiency with e-discovery database tools, cite-checking, Bluebook rules and California Style Manual (preferred)
• Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills
• BA/BS from an accredited college or university
