We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to assist attorneys across all phases of litigation. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of law firm experience, ideally in large document productions such as class actions, and a background with AmLaw 100 firms is preferred. Compensation:
- $80,000 – $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Expectations & Schedule:
- This position requires regular physical presence in the office at least 3x per week, or more, depending on business needs or firm policy.
Candidate Parameters:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5 years of law firm experience, specifically in large document productions (class actions).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with litigation databases (Relativity experience is a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure, team environment.
- Available to work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn new software and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, trial, and post-trial.
- Draft and format various legal documents, including subpoenas, deposition notices, document requests and responses, interrogatories, affidavits, and agreements.
- Coordinate e-filing and service process for federal/state courts or judicial panels.
- Organize, review, and manage case documents, including productions, depositions, exhibits, expert reports, and emails in designated databases.
- Perform cite-checking, Shepardizing, Bluebooking, and proofreading of court filings.
- Conduct research, including statistical and factual research, and prepare data for analysis.
- Investigate adversaries, arbitrators, judges, and third parties.
- Manage document productions, develop and conduct keyword searches, and maintain privilege logs.
- Summarize depositions and expert witness transcripts.
- Assist with pre-trial preparations, including witness binders, trial exhibits, and coordinating trial logistics.
- Attend trials and hearings, assisting with exhibits, demonstratives, and tracking evidence.
- Supervise junior paralegals as needed.
