  • Responsibilities

    A leading national law firm is seeking a Paralegal ARC Docketing & Filing Specialist to provide essential docketing, calendaring, and court filing support to attorneys firm-wide. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience managing litigation deadlines, electronic court filings, and compliance with court rules.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review legal documents to identify critical deadlines and enter them into the firm’s docketing system.
    • Research and respond to inquiries regarding court rules, filing procedures, and deadlines.
    • Perform electronic filings for federal, state, appellate, and administrative courts.
    • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and client service specialists to ensure timely filings.
    • Maintain and update case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
    • Work with outside service vendors for process service and document retrieval.

     

    Compensation:

    • California & New York: $80,000 - $95,000
    • Compensation is based on experience, location, and firm standards.

    Work Expectations & Schedule

    Candidate Parameters

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a law firm or corporate legal department.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal docketing systems.
    • Court Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state court rules, electronic filing procedures, and agency filings.
    • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Compensation
    $65,000-$95,000 per year
