A leading national law firm is seeking a Paralegal ARC Docketing & Filing Specialist to provide essential docketing, calendaring, and court filing support to attorneys firm-wide. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience managing litigation deadlines, electronic court filings, and compliance with court rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review legal documents to identify critical deadlines and enter them into the firm’s docketing system.
- Research and respond to inquiries regarding court rules, filing procedures, and deadlines.
- Perform electronic filings for federal, state, appellate, and administrative courts.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and client service specialists to ensure timely filings.
- Maintain and update case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
- Work with outside service vendors for process service and document retrieval.
Compensation:
- California & New York: $80,000 - $95,000
- Compensation is based on experience, location, and firm standards.
