Our client, a prestigious Tampa firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal for their construction litigation group. Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Construction litigation team with the preparation of pleadings, written discovery, and motions.
• Managing, maintaining, and updating large document databases, and coordinating receipt, cataloguing, and production of documents.
• Assisting with the preparation for depositions, hearings, and trial.

Education and Experience Requirements:

* At least three (3) years of demonstrated litigation experience is required.
* Construction litigation experience and prior trial experience is preferred, but not required.
* Experience with Xera or other similar document management programs is strongly desired.
* Familiarity with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and AAA procedures is desired.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is desired.
