Well-established Naples law firm seeks a full-time, in office litigation paralegal with 3+ years of Florida experience. Knowledge of family law and real estate transactions is a plus. Must be E-filing and MS Office proficient. Experience in litigation is required.

Responsibilities - Litigation Paralegal

• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Prepare discovery, including interrogatories, disclosure statements, and requests for production.
• E-filing pleadings with Collier County court and surrounding counties.
• Preparing discovery packages, including disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories and requests for production.
• Manage case files and deadlines, including appointments, court dates, hearings, depositions and mediations.
• Trial preparation, including trial notebooks; assist at trials.

Requirements - Litigation Paralegal

• Florida paralegal experience in litigation, 3+ years.
• Family Law, real estate and trusts and estates background a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; paralegal certificate a plus.
• Must be professional and organized with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Litigation experience is required.
