Responsibilities: The Role: • We are seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal, you'll be drafting legal documents and concepts for clients for their custom Estate Plans. You'll be able to educate and answer questions pertaining to wills, trusts, and legal documents – guiding clients through the complexities of estate planning. Responsibilities: • Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize legal documents to consist of wills, trusts, and other legal documents. • Conduct Signing Meetings to explain documents to clients and answer related questions. • Serve as point of contact for basic client questions that do not require an Attorney. • Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy. • Personalize each interaction and provide excellent service every time. • Explain complex legal concepts in easy-to-understand terms. • Ensure clients have understanding and confidence. • Support the Estate Planning Team with client cases. • Ensure legal documents are prepared timely and available for the Back Office by the deadline to ensure sufficient time to print and prepare for the Signing Meeting. • Update the CRM system with meeting or call details on every interaction. • Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • Paralegal certification is required. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 3+ years of paralegal experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Flexibility and ability to multitask. • Strong drafting and writing skills, including great attention to detail and proofreading. • Excellent communication skills, including using appropriate tone and professionalism when engaging with clients. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Compensation: $70,000 total compensation
