You'll be able to communicate about and answer questions pertaining to wills, trusts, and legal documents – guiding clients through the complexities of estate planning. Responsibilities: • Draft and review wills, trusts, and other legal documents. • Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy. Personalize each interaction and provide excellent service every time. • Explain complex legal concepts in easy-to-understand terms. Ensure clients have understanding and confidence. • Support the Estate Planning Team with client cases. Qualifications: • Paralegal certification required. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 3+ years of paralegal experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to communicate and provide customer service to clients. Compensation: $70,000 total compensation
