Responsibilities
Draft legal documents under the supervision of an attorne0y
Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
Conduct legal research and investigation
Provide general administrative support
Communicate with clients and witnesses
Assist with discovery requests and document review
Assist with legal case management, including tracking deadlines and court dates
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Paralegal, with a strong understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and the court system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office Applications: (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience with case management software is preferred (Clio experience is a plus).
