    Job Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate and banking.

    Duties

    Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation.

    Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

    Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files and evidence.

    Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines.

    Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case status.

    Organize and manage case files to ensure all documentation is readily accessible.

    Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

    Qualifications

    A degree in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred.

    Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment.

    Familiarity with real estate and banking

    Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research databases such as Lexis-Nexis.

    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
