Role and Responsibilities: As part of our legal team, you will:

Support attorneys in meeting client goals while ensuring a superior client experience.

Facilitate case progress to avoid delays and ensure smooth operations.

Manage, organize, and process important information and documents.

Maintain effective communication between clients and the firm, ensuring everyone is aligned.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office.

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a personal injury paralegal or legal assistant.

Being a team player is essential.

Preferred:

Experience with Needles/Neos Case Management Software.

Pay:

$48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
