My client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury (Defense) Paralegal to join their Downtown Orlando office. A hybrid work schedule is available. In this role, you will support attorneys handling complex, high-exposure personal injury defense cases.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential discovery and evidentiary issues
• Draft discovery responses and non-party subpoenas
• Prepare and organize documents for production
• Coordinate expert conferences and compile expert materials
• Collect client documents and verification pages for interrogatories
• Draft witness and exhibit lists
• Prepare exhibits and objections as needed

Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of litigation, discovery, and trial preparation on the defense side
• Well-versed in the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
