Responsibilities: • Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal issues and provide updates • Draft legal filings for probate court divisions • Draft documents and assist with the administration of trust estates • Organizing files and researching legal issues • Keeping files organized, scheduling and calendaring, and ensuring deadlines are met • Entering time contemporaneously for probate files Qualifications: • Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills • Candidates must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills • At least 3 years of experience in the legal field under the guidance of an attorney in a law firm setting, including experience in probate matters Compensation: $75,000 yearly
