An international law firm seeks a Public Finance Paralegal to support its Public Finance/Bond practice in Atlanta, GA. This role involves preparing legal documents, conducting mid-level legal research, and assisting with closings and regulatory matters for a high-volume team of attorneys. Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects is crucial to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with drafting and finalizing legal documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare reports.
Organize and manage virtual workrooms and case files.
Communicate with clients and coordinate documentation.
Support attorneys in administrative and transactional closings.
Maintain a billable requirement.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; college degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three years of paralegal experience in public finance or transactional law.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and legal research tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
