As a Paralegal at Stream, you will play a vital role in driving organizational success by supporting a variety of legal matters, managing entity compliance, and collaborating on high-impact projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
Entity Compliance
Legal Department Support
Other Duties
Provide support during audits, due diligence, and other events, serving as a liaison between Corporate Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams.
Develop and manage systems for real estate broker license tracking and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Engage with external entities, including real estate commissions, state comptrollers, and secretaries of state, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
