Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, and correspondence. • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings related to probate matters. • Manage and maintain probate files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible. • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and updates. • Prepare for hearings, trials, and mediations as needed. Qualifications: • Experience with Probate law in Arizona of at least 3 years. • Experience with Litigation of at least 3 years. Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
