Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, and correspondence. • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings related to probate matters. • Manage and maintain probate files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible. • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and updates. • Prepare for hearings, trials, and mediations as needed. Qualifications: What You’ll Bring to the Table: • Expertise in Probate: Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate law in Arizona. • Litigation Know-How: At least 3 years of litigation experience. • Organizational Mastery: Stay on top of case files, manage documentation, and ensure seamless legal processes. • Communication Excellence: Comfortably engage with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, providing case updates and facilitating hearings, trials, and mediations. • Proactive Attitude: You’re the type who spots what needs to be done and acts on it, without waiting for direction. Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
