A boutique workers compensation law firm in Atlanta seeks an experienced Paralegal to join their team. This role will support 2-3 attorneys and manage litigation cases from start to finish.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research on workers compensation cases and assist attorneys in developing litigation strategies
• Gather and organize medical records, accident reports, and client documentation for case preparation
• Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, motions, and settlement documents
• Communicate with clients, employers, insurance representatives, and medical providers
• Manage case files, track litigation timelines, and coordinate court-related administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience handling worker's compensation cases
• Strong litigation experience
• Ability to effectively multitask
