Insurance Defense Litigation firm in Center City, Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years civil litigation experience to join our busy team!

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• Excellent organizational, time management, research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, self-starter who can work independently but also effectively as part of a team
• Experienced in managing large-scale document production cases
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Highly desired:

• Proficiency with case management/document review software a plus
• Experience in personal injury litigation a plus
• Experience in subpoena practice a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certificate

We offer a competitive compensation package with salary dependent upon years of Paralegal experience and benefits package which includes Health, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term Disability, Group Life Insurance and generous 401k Plan. This is a hybrid position that is currently requiring three days per week in our Philadelphia office and two days per week working remotely.
