ON-SITE - CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

$16/HOUR, M-F (NO WEEKENDS), FULL TIME

A premier market research expert in domestic shipping and transportation for the past 34 years. You will be part of a team focused on calling on businesses large and small to survey their shipping habits—how many packages they ship, what carriers they use, etc. Established in 1983 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the client is a market research consultancy that specializes in delivering actionable market intelligence focused on the shipping/transportation market.

• Min of 7 hours call time
• 2-days paid training
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone presence
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate your way through a company to find the right person to speak with
• Ability to maintain composure and convey a positive attitude on the phone
• Ability to work with minimal supervision post training
• High school diploma or equivalent required
