    This is a Remote/WFH position however, if there are ongoing outages/internet issues you will need to work onsite.

    CRISIS CENTER FOR STORMS, THEREFORE, FLEXIBILITY IS CRUCIAL AS YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK OVERNIGHT AND/OR WEEKENDS.  

     

    JOB TITLE:

    REMOTE CUSTOMER SOLUTION AGENT/CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

     

    MUST HAVE CURRENT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE

    MUST BE IN THE ATLANTA AREA 

    TEMP TO PERM

     

    PAY RATE $15.00

     

    TRAINING LENGTH/HOURS:

    M-F 8am-5pm EST 

    5 weeks virtual training (2 weeks nesting)  

    HOURS OF OPERATION: 

    M-F 7am-7pm EST (FLEXIBILITY IS CRUCIAL AS YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK OVERNIGHT AND/OR WEEKENDS)

    YOUR SCHEDULE WILL BE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF OPERATION 

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Answering high-volume inbound calls regarding the following:
    • Billing inquiries
    • Disconnect/Reconnect
    • Payment arrangements
    • Budget Billings
    • Make payments
    • Process trouble and outage orders
    • Move In/Out Service
    • Online accounts
    • Offering excellent customer service
    • Patience, soft skills – de-escalation, computer skills (must be able to navigate through multiple screens and speak at the same time)
    • Challenge – must be able to take aggressive calls and not react negatively

    REQUIREMENTS 

    • 1-2 years of call center experience
    • Great attendance 
    • Computer navigation skills (must be able to type an average 35-40 WPM)
    • Multi-tasking skills (answering phones, entering information into the system using dual monitors)
    • Great communications skills
    • Camera etiquette - cameras are required to be on during training from start to end
    • Open to working overtime
    • In the event a major storm impacts service territory - will be required to work OT
    • Adhere to 20min breaks and 1 hour lunch
