    As a key contributor, you will play an essential role in reviewing client case details, preparing for financial planning meetings, and managing client casework with precision and efficiency.     Responsibilities:

    · Assist with client onboarding and data collection process

    · Input cases details into wealth management platform

    · Monitor, troubleshoot and update wealth management platform connections

    · Create and update deliverables for client meetings

    · Update details for financial plans projections as needed using planning software for the advisors’ review

    · Meet with team to debrief and prepare for client meetings

    · Consolidate client meeting materials presented to client for email and final scan

    · Provide updated information for task management system and/or CRM system after client meetings

    · Work with team to complete follow-up tasks from client meetings

    · Research client-specific issues and communicate conclusions clearly with advisors

    · Interface with other advisors, attorneys, and CPAs to coordinate implementation

    · Support the Financial Planning Department for operational training and in-depth understanding of processes

     

    Qualifications:

    · Deep interest in financial planning and desire CFP designation

    · Very proficient with technology, planning software, MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook

    · Ability to collect, organize and synthesize client information within a financial planning context

    · Effective communication skills and attention to detail

    · Commitment to exceptional client experience
