    Parent Consultant/Case Supervisor (Hybrid)

    Jade Behavioral Consultants (JBC) is seeking a Parent Consultant/Behavior Technician to join our growing team!     Job Description

    This position is designed for individuals who have experience providing direct 1:1 intervention and providing parent consultation/parent training.

    Under the supervision of the clinical supervisor, the Parent consultant:

    Designs caregiver programs to train parents

    Ensures integrity of program implementation

    Monitors effectiveness of parent consultation plans and modify program as needed

    Analyzes data and create graphs for visual analysis of parent data

    Provides client-centered parent training

    Collect data to monitor progress

    Facilitates trainings for all staff during all team meetings

    Participates actively in professional growth opportunities, such as staff trainings and office supervision

    Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and family input.

    Oversee the implementation of ABA therapy programs, ensuring they align with client goals and progress.

    Regularly conduct observations of therapy sessions and provide constructive feedback to Behavior Technicians.

    Analyze data collected during sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

    Collaborate with the BCBA and other clinical staff to ensure interventions are evidence-based and effective.

    Train Behavior Technicians on treatment protocols, behavior intervention plans, and data collection methods.

    Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff to enhance skill development and performance.

    Facilitate team meetings to review client progress and address challenges.

    Conduct parent training sessions to teach strategies that can be implemented in the home and community.

    Serve as the main point of contact for families, addressing concerns and questions regarding the treatment plan.

    Empower caregivers to support their child’s progress by sharing resources and providing emotional support.

    Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all therapy notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.

    Prepare reports for insurance companies, funding agencies, or other stakeholders.

    Monitor team schedules to ensure therapy hours meet funding requirements and client needs.

    Provide clinical guidance to staff on challenging cases.

    Stay updated on current best practices and regulatory standards in ABA therapy.

    Ensure that all interventions comply with ethical guidelines set by the BACB and other relevant entities.

    Participate in audits and reviews to ensure program quality and compliance.

    Position Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

    Actively pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.

    Experience providing parent consultation/training to caregivers

    Ability to design and implement parent goals

    At least 1-2 years of experience providing ABA services

    Experience with providing parent consultation strongly preferred

    Spanish speaking strongly preferred
