BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Package:

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Role:

    • Gain knowledge of the company offering and the product features in order to properly educate prospect clients and customers
    • Utilize different engagement and prospecting strategies, via phone calls, emails and social channels to source new leads and set up sales appointments
    • Track, vet and qualify inbound leads
    • Demonstrate strong forward-thinking sales techniques and influencing skills, building strong relationships within organizations in order to grow your pipeline
    • Work directly with the sales and marketing teams to discover opportunities from generated leads
    • Achieve monthly quotas to maintain a sustainable pipeline, and drive the company’s ambitious sales growth plan

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Requirements:

    • College educated with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
    • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a related role
    • Experience using the Salesforce CRM system is desirable
    • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
